Return/Replacement Policy

We want you to love our products! We thoroughly check each item before it ships, but we understand that sometimes you might need to Return or Replace something. Here's how our process works:


Refundable Items

  • Time Frame: You can request a Return or Replacement within 15 days from when you received your order.
  • Shipping Costs: If you need to return something, you’ll be responsible for the shipping charges.
  • Condition: Please return items in their original packaging, and they should be unworn and as good as new, with tags still attached.
  • Defective Items: We’ll gladly replace or refund defective items.
  • Mistakes on Our Part: If we made a mistake with your order, we’ll refund your shipping costs too.
  • Photo Evidence: Before you send anything back, send us photos of any defects.

Please note that all our orders are made to order, and for returns or replacements, a 10% restocking fee and shipping charges will apply.


Non-Refundable Items

  • Sale Items: Items bought during sales or discounts are non-refundable, unless they’re defective.
  • Custom Orders: Made-to-measure or fully customized leather products cannot be returned or exchanged.
  • Worn Items: Unfortunately, worn or altered items can’t be returned.
  • Bulk Orders: If you order more than two products at once, we won’t be able to accept returns. This helps us maintain fair practices for everyone!

How to Return

If you’d like to return or replace a product, follow these simple steps:

  1. Get Approval: First, reach out to us to get approval for your Return or Replacement, Request a Return
    1. Make sure to include your name, order number, and the email you used to order. If the item is defective, please attach a few photos showing the issue.
  2. Wait for Our Response: Our team will respond within 48 working hours to guide you through the next steps.
  3. Return Shipping: Once approved, we’ll provide you with a return address. To keep things secure, we recommend using a tracked delivery service when sending items back.

Refund Process

  • Once we receive your returned item, we’ll process your refund within 7 to 10 working days.
  • The refund will go back to your original payment method, like PayPal or Stripe.
  • Shipping charges are non-refundable.
